Hello all! While we are arranging shows for September, here are a few updates for you to munch on:

Flybar on Power98 Acoustic Lounge

Flybar will be featured on Power98's Acoustic Lounge this Sunday, 10 August at 4pm.

Acoustic Lounge is a chill- out radio programme that features acoustic renditions of all your favourite hits every Sunday, and is hosted by Harry.

We will be talking more about our album and also perform some songs live acoustically in the studio.

Also, we will be giving away 5 autographed copies of our album, so do tune in to find out how to win!

Upcoming shows

Hello everyone!

We have some pretty good shows coming up for everyone!

We will be rocking out at the IGNITE! Music Fest organised by the brilliant people at Republic Polytechnic. Catch us with other acts such as Jack and Rai from EIC, Ruth Ling and Allura. Our set for the festival will be at 10pm on 25 July.

Next, we will be having another showcase at the Esplanade Powerhouse Stage on 26 July, and we will be sharing the stage with Stentorian. Our set will start at 10pm.

Last but not least, the show that the band is most excited about! We will be making an appearance in SingFest 08 on 3 August!

Catch us in the festival which showcases a vast array of international acts such as Jason Mraz, One Republic, Travis, Simple Plan, Panic At The Disco, Alicia Keys and much more!

We will be performing at 6pm at the second stage.

Many thanks to everyone who came down to the launch! The band had a great time doing one of what we thought of as the best gig in a long time, and we hope you enjoyed it thoroughly.

The long awaited Album Launch!

Hello everyone!

Those who have been following Flybar's happenings would know that the band has been wanting to do a good album launch to mark the release of the debut album Scream Without Raising Your Voice.

All the talks and discussions have finally come to fruitation, and we are proud to announce that the launch will be taking place on 4 July 2008 at the Esplanade Recital Studio.

The event is ticketed and seats are very limited due to the intimate setting that is the Recital Studio, and tickets are available solely through us at this website! All you have to do is to CLICK HERE to register yourselves, and we will get in contact with you really soon! Tickets are currently priced a $5 per head.

Flybar has been nominated in the Singapore Music Awards 2008 in the Best Breakout Band category!

The Awards are Singapore’s very own Grammys and recognizes the best in the Singapore music scene and is held in conjunction with Singapore’s ultimate band competition Power Jam.

The event will be held in conjunction with Power Jam 2008 on 29th July, 7pm at Zouk.

Flybar to play at SMU's Trilympic 2008

Flybar will be making a guest appearance at SMU's Trilympic 2008 on Day 2 of the event.

We will be doing a set from 11am onwards at the Toa Payoh Stadium, so do come down to watch us if you can!

Flybar to play for Earth Day at Punggol Park

Hello all!

Firstly, thanks to all of you who came to our showcase at Esplanade over the weekend! We hope you enjoyed yourselves.

Flybar will be playing for another good cause after supporting the GetYourSexyBack ceremony. The event will take place at Punggol Park on 19 April 2008. We will be doing a short acoustic set at the event.

We hope to see you there, and do remember to do your part to save the environment!

Flybar returns to the Esplanade

Flybar will be returning to the Esplanade Powerhouse Stage on 4 April to present 2 sets of music filled with both originals and covers.

Do come watch our sets! The timeslots are:
730pm to 815pm
10pm to 1045pm
